For Faculty/Staff Cluster Facilitators
The Cluster Facilitator applications deadline has now passed. All applicants will be notified of their status by March 20.
Cluster Facilitators are faculty or staff members who help guide small groups of students during the week of LeaderShape. These staff and faculty work closely with a group of 8-10 young men and women during the session. There are 6 Cluster Facilitators (one per Family Cluster) and 2 Lead Facilitators who are trained and selected by LeaderShape, Inc.
Cluster Facilitators at a campus-based Institute have the opportunity to continue conversations and relationships back on campus once the week has concluded. This enables students to have a mentor to guide them as they try to implement their vision, and allows facilitators to continue to empower students in their leadership development.
Training is provided for all Cluster Facilitators prior to LeaderShape in preparation for this role and curriculum content. All costs associated with the week are covered for Cluster Facilitators.
